Three tribes that flew under the Standard of the Lion are Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun
Now remember that we understand the traits of each tribe to better understand the character of Christ Jesus. As well as understanding of ourselves, to enhance our daily Christian walk. We also are going to see how this particularly pertains to the writing style of the Apostle Mathew, who wrote about Jesus the King. This would be a wonderful journey that we will take together as we watch the stories unfold. As well as understanding the keys hidden in the word of God. The Bible says: Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards that a man is found faithful. (1 Corinthians 4: 1, 2) In that we see that God reveals certain things to certain members in the Body of Christ which is to enhance the body. To reveal the revelation unto one another so that we all be on one thought together edifying one another in Godly Love!!!!! Remember that the Lion demonstrate the Kingship of Christ. The word trait means: a distinguishing quality or characteristic, typically one belonging to a person. The word character means: the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual :( Each definition comes from the New Oxford American Dictionary). Take hold to those definitions because those words will play a vital part to the understanding of the revelation fore which God has for you in this material. So now let’s enjoy the East Side the Standard of the Lion.

The Tribe of Judah The Lion is the Standard as well as the symbol of Judah
Judah means; to revere, worship with hands extends, cast out, make confession, praise, give thanks, thankful, ministry, power, presumptuous Naming The Bible says: And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise the LORD: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing. (Genesis 29:35) His mother name is Leah. Prophesy, The Bible says: Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee. Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk. (Genesis 49: 8-12). That was the blessing and prophesies of Jacob unto Judah. Now Moses blessing and prophesy, The Bible says: And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help to him from his enemies. (Deuteronomy 33:7) Their symbol was the Lion. The Emerald represents the stone fore which sat upon the high priest vest. Judah's symbol is represented within the prophesy in all three stages: Judah is a lion's whelp (Genesis 49:9 the word whelp means "a cub". He couched as a lion (Genesis 49:9 the words stand for aryeh portrays the young violent lion). As an old lion who shall rouse him up (Genesis 49:9 which stands for lebaowth which reverts into wisdom). The Hebrew acknowledgement of the three stages paints a particular picture about you and me. In our birth we grow from infant to young child to adult. The same we do in our spiritual birth, but notice this particular growth of Judah would take him on a journey that delivers him into his rightful place at the right time for God. The words spoken by the prophets of God about the tribe of Judah as well as the person of Judah was one in the same. It showed his particular struggle as well as the nation struggle to fulfill their destiny in God. This makes a wonderful example for us the Body of Christ tosee that particular trait come together threw out their struggles to give us hope in our struggles. Now lets gather some key points as well as keys in the prophesy given unto Judah, for in this we will also see the revelation in which God placed for His people to grow. Jacob’s prophecy is speaking of the royalty of the tribe of Judah. It is holding to evidence the maturity level in growth as well as spirit. Giving truth to the ability of the Judahites true authority in maturing over their inner personnel struggles as well as their enemy, devices to destroy them, the power for which he carried within his promised ability. His acceptance power threw perseverance, suffering and steadfast. The development of God’s amazing gift of assurance to the manifesting of embodiment of power which comes through them by way of God Devine intervention that gives them a great deal more than they realize. Look at how we will see the events that took place in Judah’s life that did not predict his out come once his character was transformed through trail an error. The importance of this for the Body of Christ is simple that it makes no difference where we are or were we come from our destiny in Christ Jesus is unfolded once we turn toward Him. The joy in knowing that God has a master plan for us that we do not have to know, but we are assured that He has our best interest at hand and He never fails what a wonderful assurance in our daily walk in Christ. Moses speaks of praise and the key to deliverance from thy enemies, with the character building tools of long suffering but victory in the end. The ability to hold on in the times of trouble and rejoice in the process, what a revelation that rejoicing and praising God in the times of weakness builds the foundation of the character needed to worship in the good times. This gives a wonderful example of how God works with us and molds us in our trail to forge us for His glory. Their stone makes a perfect gem for the royal tribe of Judah. Notice how all things connected to the tribe of Judah expressed their position within the developing of the Body of Christ. In the foretelling of the coming of the messiah. The Bible says: And as since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies. Also the LORD telleth thee that he will make thee an house. And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever. I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men: But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee. And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever. According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so did Nathan speak unto David. (2 Samuel 7:11-17) Look at how the vision given unto the prophet of God to deliver unto David represented an eternal kingdom. Look at how everything about the tribe of Judah reflected that. This is the same with us today, we cannot see the entire plan that God has for us so we try to develop our own destiny by the enemies’ devices and it never seems to work. If we grab hold to the spiritual revelation that God actually have a plan for our lives all we have to do is to be willing and open to the spirit and follow through we will receive our fullness in the body of Christ. The emerald is a bright green variety of beryl highly valued as a gemstone since about B.C. 2000. It was intensively mined from Egyptian deposits during the times of Alexander the Great, Cleopatra and the Roman Empire. God promised David an everlasting kingdom forever. The Emerald is symbolic of immortality. Look at the chosen stone for the tribe gives out the reflection of eternal everlasting, immortality. As Judah character is forged threw the fire of trails you will see what is needed of God’s people for an everlasting kingdom to rein in their lives. As well as understanding that they represent that kingdom, fore which Christ will establish in their hearts and the Father will establish for all times. Judah's birth was interesting the fourth son of Jacob and his wife Leah was born, when Leah could have been so filled with hurt and despair that she could have taken her own life, fighting for her husband’s affection she did not look at circumstances when she decided to call her fourth son Judah, which means among other things, praise! The Bible says: And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise the LORD: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing.(Genesis 29:35). Every time she called his name she was saying I praise the Lord! This time was particularly hard for Leah and the rivalry between the wives of Jacob. They are fighting for the husband attention as well as being jealous and envy of one another. Look at how the particular character of Jacob affected the surroundings within his house hold. Notice how within our own house hold when things are out of order is when God’s people are out of order. Notice that our trials are to bring us revelation as well as understanding of the growth needed for the next level in God. But while we are in the trail we sometimes view it as destruction and tend to want to do it our way and that is when it gets much worse. Can you feel the pain Leah and her sister felt toward one another, but the trail by fire was not only for their training but also for Jacob. Some times we go threw things not only for our own growth but growth for another not only physically but spiritually and mentally. And once the revelation is receive the pouring out of God’s message or blessing into your life just makes the training worth it. Read later on God took Leah for himself and Jacob requested to be buried along with her at his time of departure. The Bible says: And he charged them, and said unto them, I am to be gathered unto my people: bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite, In the cave that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought with the field of Ephron the Hittite for a possession of a burying place. There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah. (Genesis 49:29-31) (Remember they are people that love to praise and worship. It is impossible to enter into your calling of ruler ship without going threw the doors of praise even when it hurts.) Once the fullness of the revelation revealed itself unto Jacob the true realization appeared right before him. What was truly meant for him on all levels was not revealed to him until he was ready. The same way God reveals it to us. Check out Judah's first recorded words the start of the process of molding his character. The Bible says: And Judah said unto his brethren, What profit is it if we slay our brother, and conceal his blood? (Genesis 37:26). Still today a lot of us are holding on to those same old words and it hinders us from being used by God. Interesting that still today we are miss lead by the adversary devices on things that hold monetary value. We even try to use God for a cash machine putting our trust in money instead on the word of God. Because of our natural surroundings the enemy uses the devices that excite our own emotional baggage from birth. Our wants and desires tends to use their own minds to mold us away from the spiritual place were we need to be to put us in the natural spot were we think we want to be. Read the story how Judah advocated for his brother in the same breath of the speaking his first recorded words. The Bible says: Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmeelites, and let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother and our flesh. And his brethren were content. (Genesis 37:27) Interesting how Judah seems to justify his action by readjusting his reasoning about why he suggested his actions. As if the rationalization justifies his action of the sin of envy as well as greed. I wonder has that particular device of the enemy been used on you. Were we convince ourselves that the action is less damaging if we have a good enough reason and hide the true nature of the act. It is almost as if God gave us a blue print of our inner most working thoughts to see the deep seeded of the members within ourselves. Read the Sin of Judah in God’s word to see how the enemy uses everything around us as well as people to take us off track. The Bible says: And it came to pass at that time that Judah went down from his brethren, and turned in to a certain Adullamite, whose name was Hirah. And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite, whose name was Shuah; and he took her, and went in unto her. And she conceived, and bare a son; and he called his name Er. And she conceived again, and bare a son; and she called his name Onan. And she yet again conceived, and bare a son; and called his name Shelah: and he was at Chezib, when she bare him. And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, whose name was Tamar. And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD slew him. And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother. And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also. Then said Judah to Tamar his daughter in law, Remain a widow at thy father's house, till Shelah my son be grown: for he said, Lest peradventure he die also, as his brethren did. And Tamar went and dwelt in her father's house. And in process of time the daughter of Shuah Judah's wife died; and Judah was comforted, and went up unto his sheepshearers to Timnath, he and his friend Hirah the Adullamite. And it was told Tamar, saying, Behold thy father in law goeth up to Timnath to shear his sheep. And she put her widow's garments off from her, and covered her with a vail, and wrapped herself, and sat in an open place, which is by the way to Timnath; for she saw that Shelah was grown, and she was not given unto him to wife. When Judah saw her, he thought her to be an harlot; because she had covered her face. And he turned unto her by the way, and said, Go to, I pray thee, let me come in unto thee; (for he knew not that she was his daughter in law.) And she said, What wilt thou give me, that thou mayest come in unto me? And he said I will send thee a kid from the flock. And she said, Wilt thou give me a pledge, till thou send it? And he said, What pledge shall I give thee? And she said, Thy signet, and thy bracelets, and thy staff that is in thine hand. And he gave it her, and came in unto her, and she conceived by him. And she arose, and went away, and laid by her vail from her, and put on the garments of her widowhood. And Judah sent the kid by the hand of his friend the Adullamite, to receive his pledge from the woman's hand: but he found her not. Then he asked the men of that place, saying, Where is the harlot, that was openly by the way side? And they said, There was no harlot in this place. And he returned to Judah, and said, I cannot find her; and also the men of the place said, that there was no harlot in this place. And Judah said, Let her take it to her, lest we be shamed: behold, I sent this kid, and thou hast not found her. And it came to pass about three months after, that it was told Judah, saying, Tamar thy daughter in law hath played the harlot; and also, behold, she is with child by whoredom. And Judah said, Bring her forth, and let her be burnt. When she was brought forth, she sent to her father in law, saying, By the man, whose these are, am I with child: and she said, Discern, I pray thee, whose are these, the signet, and bracelets, and staff. And Judah acknowledged them, and said, She hath been more righteous than I; because that I gave her not to Shelah my son. And he knew her again no more. And it came to pass in the time of her travail, that, behold, twins were in her womb. And it came to pass, when she travailed, that the one put out his hand: and the midwife took and bound upon his hand a scarlet thread, saying, This came out first. And it came to pass, as he drew back his hand, that, behold, his brother came out: and she said, How hast thou broken forth? this breach be upon thee: therefore his name was called Pharez. And afterward came out his brother that had the scarlet thread upon his hand: and his name was called Zarah. (Genesis 38:1-30) Read and understand the most tragic thing which begins in verse 1 with these words, "Judah went down from his brethren". A most painful thing is when the enemy has isolated you alone. Read about Judah's weakness as he warns his children about drunkenness. Read about the great sin portrayed on Tamar by Judah's offsprings. Er, (watchful awake) Onan (powerful, sinful wicked, malicious, spiteful) and Shelah (rock, crag, crevice, silence, pause and think). Look how the enemy tried to use the situation for bad but God turned it for good in the story of Tamar. Interesting how actions are speaks louder than the words we say to or young. They hear the words but or actions gives the most weight to them. Notice how the offspring became rebellious toward the written law because of the device sent in place when Judah was not in the position for which God wanted him in. That his miss place meant put the entire family actions out of the will of God. Ever notice that happening to you and your house hold. When it rains it pours and the inner truth of the mater is that we were not in order that threw everything else out of whack. Look how Judah again advocates with Joseph, unknowing that the revelation is about to be revealed unto him because of the maturity of his spiritual growth is now ready. The Bible says: And the famine was sore in the land. And it came to pass, when they had eaten up the corn which they had brought out of Egypt, their father said unto them, Go again, buy us a little food. And Judah spake unto him, saying, The man did solemnly protest unto us, saying, Ye shall not see my face, except your brother be with you. If thou wilt send our brother with us, we will go down and buy thee food: But if thou wilt not send him, we will not go down: for the man said unto us, Ye shall not see my face, except your brother be with you. And Israel said, Wherefore dealt ye so ill with me, as to tell the man whether ye had yet a brother? And they said, The man asked us straitly of our state, and of our kindred, saying, Is your father yet alive? have ye another brother? and we told him according to the tenor of these words: could we certainly know that he would say, Bring your brother down? And Judah said unto Israel his father, Send the lad with me, and we will arise and go; that we may live, and not die, both we, and thou, and also our little ones. I will be surety for him; of my hand shalt thou require him: if I bring him not unto thee, and set him before thee, then let me bear the blame for ever: For except we had lingered, surely now we had returned this second time. And their father Israel said unto them, If it must be so now, do this; take of the best fruits in the land in your vessels, and carry down the man a present, a little balm, and a little honey, spices, and myrrh, nuts, and almond. And take double money in your hand; and the money that was brought again in the mouth of your sacks, carry it again in your hand; peradventure it was an oversight: Take also your brother, and arise, go again unto the man: And God Almighty give you mercy before the man, that he may send away your other brother, and Benjamin. If I be bereaved of my children, I am bereaved. And the men took that present, and they took double money in their hand, and Benjamin; and rose up, and went down to Egypt, and stood before Joseph. (Genesis 43: 1-15) See how he grew in maturity as we should grow in our daily walk with Christ. Do you see the trait that was developing through his life? See how all the Kings of Judah strived in the understanding of their trait. Look how he evolved through a cub to an old lion. Can you see the trait fore which a King must have in order to rule? He must be able to have WISDOM! Wisdom is simply the application of knowledge, practicing what is right instead of what feels good fore which, I myself struggle with all the time but steady strive to do better. |

The Tribe of Issachar (Symbol: Humble Donkey)
Issachar means: he will bring rewards, nasa, to lift up high. His stone on the breast plate of rightenous, fore which the high priest wore into the inner chamber of the tabernacle, is the "Amethyst" which means: not intoxicating. His mother name was Leah. His symbol is the: humble donkey. Prophesy: The Bible says: Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens: And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute. (Genesis 49:14-15) The Bible also says: And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents. They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand. (Deuteronomy 33:18-19) The Bible also says: Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass. (Zech. 9:9) And the Bible says: How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up? (Deuteronomy 32:30) The naming is reads as so, The Bible says: And Reuben went in the days of wheat harvest, and found mandrakes in the field, and brought them unto his mother Leah. Then Rachel said to Leah, Give me, I pray thee, of thy son's mandrakes. And she said unto her, Is it a small matter that thou hast taken my husband? and wouldest thou take away my son's mandrakes also? And Rachel said, Therefore he shall lie with thee to night for thy son's mandrakes. And Jacob came out of the field in the evening, and Leah went out to meet him, and said, Thou must come in unto me; for surely I have hired thee with my son's mandrakes. And he lay with her that night. And God hearkened unto Leah, and she conceived, and bare Jacob the fifth son. And Leah said, God hath given me my hire, because I have given my maiden to my husband: and she called his name Issachar. (Genesis 30:14-18) Lets take an interesting look at the foreknowledge of the prophesy of Issachar to see the process of developing their character as we journey through their life. This will give us more depth in the understanding of their particular situations as well as give us the opportunity to see ourselves in them. Our make up of character is based on the same principle as the members of old. Within Jacob’s prophecy we see clearly some particular people around us today, with their ability to do more with less or take on more than we possibly can and seems yet to damper their spirits. This is what the Issacharites are, they are carriers of the cross, they not only carry their own crosses but they are carrying half dozen more at the same time. It is as if God gave them something extra in their DNA to equip them for such a task. This ties right in to their symbol the humble donkey, which set forth a picture of the animal carrying more than it seems possible. For the Body of Christ this puts a whole new light on our burdens, as if we should be able to handle more than others because we have a greater strength with in us than is in the world. The Father knows our limitations better than we know it ourselves; we are the one that puts limitations on ourselves by taking God out of the equation. As we go threw the lives of the Issacharites we will be granted the revelation of understanding the principle behind strength. As well as see where we are in the revolving of our own character traits that enhances our strength. Now Moses gives us something remarkable in his prophecy unto Issachar and links it to another. As if Moses knows that sometimes certain characteristics works better join to another of opposite to enhance each other to receive the fullness of their individual calling. But at the same hand be able to leave the envy, strife and jealousy behind and rejoice in the elevation of one another. As if God’s revelation was the assurance of gratefulness to see one excel in their individual area but with a joint effort to do it. Today we know the importance of working together as a team for which Christ set a perfect example of that by sending the disciples out two by two. We must come to the realization that isolation is where the enemy wants you, so that your edification is only to your self and not the Body. We are members of a body that have many but for the body to be strong it must band together. In our separate calling their might be individual training or molding only to fit jointly with others to raise all those around you. We belong to one another. Issachar was born under strange circumstances. He was conceived in the time of the wheat harvest. The month of Sivan, this is from late May till mid June. So his birthday would be in the month of Adar, which is March (the first three weeks). It is very interesting how NASA using the very meaning of the word Issachar to reach into outer space as his meaning suggest to "lift up high". Read the story about the mandrake fruit. This was believed to have mystical powers in reproduction as the women fought for Jacobs’s affection. Jacob having four wives was very busy and how the women had to struggle for their husband attention. Understand how the myth was broken between Leah not needing the mandrake to conceive and bare another child. Look at how that compare into our own lives today. How we think we have to have certain things in order to serve God. That we have to be able to bring something to the table of God, when He already has everything we need at the table. The symbol of Issachar is the humble donkey. Fore which represent the greatest of traits in a Kings position. Look at how God takes the lonely of animals and elevate him to greatness. As Jesus, Christ, Himself, road in on one and stated to the rulers, that if the people did not cry out the rocks would upon His entry. Look how God does not need much from you and me to achieve greatness in our lives. Look at Jacob's prophesy describing the power of the lonely humble donkey as Christ demonstrated in the carrying of the cross more than anyone person could bare. Look at how Moses prophesies fore tells the going out ward into the highways and bi-ways to gather the people. One humble donkey working to bring in the harvest, for each of us God would never put too much on us we could not bear. Look at Issachar's family which he had four sons, Tola means: stretch out long, purple crimson. Tola was the father of the Tolaites. Phuvah (also spelled Pua) which means: shinning, Bright, to brag, like a donkey, to call out, Phuvah was the father of teh Punites. Job (in other places he is called Joshup) which means: Jehovah remembered, he was the father of Jashubites. Shimon which means: to watch to be waitful, to be a keeper and a guardian, he was the father of Shimronites. Look at how they had to learn not to take on to much and due what they could, and not be boastful of what they did. Look at some of the historical members of the tribe and their numbers in the wilderness and the numbers entering into the Land of Caanan. (Numbers 26:33). Look at Nathaneel (Numbers 2:5). Igal (Numbers 13:7). Paltiel (Numbers 34:26) and many more. Look at the weakness of Issachar Baasha (1 King 15: 16, 16:13) was the second king over Israel was of the tribe of Issachar (1 Kings 15:27) A very wonderful story. Read the story to understand the tragedy. Check out the genealogy of Issachar dating back to the time of King David, The Bible says: Now the sons of Issachar were, Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimrom, four. And the sons of Tola; Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their father's house, to wit, of Tola: they were valiant men of might in their generations; whose number was in the days of David two and twenty thousand and six hundred. And the sons of Uzzi; Izrahiah: and the sons of Izrahiah; Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, Ishiah, five: all of them chief men. And with them, by their generations, after the house of their fathers, were bands of soldiers for war, six and thirty thousand men: for they had many wives and sons. And their brethren among all the families of Issachar were valiant men of might, reckoned in all by their genealogies fourscore and seven thousand. (1 Chronicles 7: 1-5). Notice how the tree of Issachar was diverse to were it would be easy to say that they were not going to amount to much. Maybe you heard that among your generation because of different situations that your previous ancestors were in you think that it applies to you. Have you ever been judge according to your father or mother actions or sister or brother to were others think you are the same. God can use one to change the out come of the entire future generation. As if to say you can break the curse of poverty as well as lack of education or what ever has been hindering your family line. Read about men of understanding because of the quietness and the controlling of the mouth. The Bible says: And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment. (1 Chronicles 12:32) Notice how all these factors in with our daily walk with Christ and see how others gain victory in that area, and how it enhanced their lives. Look at how one generation of men understood a particular trait or gift that God bestowed upon them and started changing the entire nation. How God use them regardless of their background or what was going on with the other members of their family God reached down an elevated them in the mist of the trail. How many times in your life have you wondered if I could get out of this it would be alright? Not fully understanding why you are in it in the first place. God is making a move in your generation threw you if you would receive what He has for you. It don’t take a hundred of God’s people to change something one will be enough. Look at how the women of Issachar were and their roles as Issachar women, beholding the same traits. The Bible says: Now king David was old and stricken in years; and they covered him with clothes, but he gat no heat. Wherefore his servants said unto him, Let there be sought for my lord the king a young virgin: and let her stand before the king, and let her cherish him, and let her lie in thy bosom, that my lord the king may get heat. So they sought for a fair damsel throughout all the coasts of Israel, and found Abishag a Shunammite, and brought her to the king. And the damsel was very fair, and cherished the king, and ministered to him: but the king knew her not. (1Kings 1:1-4) Look at how true righteous men of God have no fear in having another member of the fold to step up an do their part. Without holding gender over there head, giving each and every member of the Body of Christ the opportunity to mature and find their rightful positioning in the family. Interesting in God’s order there is no respect of person we all are equal and can be a servant of God! Look at the positioning of Issachar in different times of their existence. As well how God moved them through to have them in the right place at the right time. In the Promise Land, The Bible says: And the fourth lot came out to Issachar, for the children of Issachar according to their families. And their border was toward Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem, And Haphraim, and Shihon, and Anaharath, And Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez, And Remeth, and Engannim, and Enhaddah, and Bethpazzez; And the coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Bethshemesh; and the outgoings of their border were at Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages. (Joshua 19: 17-23) The Bible also says: And by the border of Simeon, from the east side unto the west side, Issachar a portion. (Ezekiel 48:25). Look at the moving and the Devine plan of God working without anyone aware. Sometimes were you are the exact place where God want you in order to receive the spiritual elevation to comprehend or maintain the physical promotion. In God plan there are no mistakes nor can things happening by chance, some you figure out some you cannot. But that is the plan of God to always take care of His people so it makes no difference where you are He is there also. Remember in order to hold the position of a ruler in your house, job, relationship it is not all about being boastful for doing what you are suppose to be doing. It is not bragging rights, it is as Issachar learned and Christ perfected in His walk. Knowing who you are and being humble in that position. Humble is not weakness but strength, to control the flesh and its sinful nature. And that is in every area in your life, spiritual, mental, or physical. Understanding who you are and what the primary reason that you are where you are takes the load off of trying to be something you are not. So important that you are better than anyone else, looking down on others, pointing fingers. Remember it is only by the grace of God that you are where you are, so when you see someone less fortunate than yourself, or maybe not as understanding of God’s revelation remember it could be you. Remember why you are trying to look down on some one else God is always looking down on you. Remember why you are trying to look down on some one else God is always looking down on you.

The Tribe of Zebulun (Their Symbol; The Ship)
Zebulun, means: to dwell: The stone that was represented on the breast plate of righteousness that the high priest wore into the inner chamber of the tabernacle is the "Aquamarine” which means: “sea". His mother’s name was Leah. His symbol is the “ship”. His prophesy is: The Bible says: Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he shall be for an haven of ships; and his border shall be unto Zidon. (Genesis 49:13) The Bible also says: And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents. (Deuteronomy 33:18) Naming: The Bible says: And Leah said, God hath endued me with a good dowry; now will my husband dwell with me, because I have born him six sons: and she called his name Zebulun. And afterwards she bare a daughter, and called her name Dinah. (Genesis 30:20, 21) Now as we venture into Zebulun prophesy their will be particular things that will pop out at you to show you how some can get twisted up by the enemy if they have similar traits in their character. You see the adversary uses our own ignorance against us to keep us confused about our own emotions and feelings. This style of attack is to divide one against themselves in which causes confusion in who you really are and what is your particular purpose. Jacob prophesies tends to show a carrying of distant feelings for others. A sense of being more open to their emotions for others well being and want to offer themselves as a bridge to gather everyone together. As if it is more a mother bear carrying after her young. As if their emotions and feelings are raise to a different height than others. Zebulun stands on the sea shore and looks out into the distant horizon far away. Looking ahead in the future, having a view of vision of most likely people they never meet. The Zebulunite at the haven of the sea looks out into the distance and watches the ships going out in the face of the storm. Also sees the little ones trying to come into the shelter because of the storm and their hearts hurt for them. As if the burdens for souls motivated them into a high state of emotions. Interesting how we have met people with so much compassion love for one another that makes us think something is wrong with them. We get caught up in the worldly thoughts and judging ones mannerism or compassion because it do not fit the worlds definition of how one is suppose to act. Have you ever been guilty of this particular behavior or are you the one that have so much bottled up in you that you are afraid to express it because what others might think. Watch how God unfolds the traits within Zebulun and places it into the right frame of thought as well as the right position. Which gives them the ability to achieve fullness in their lives, as well excepting their trait and developing it through trails as well as being purged by fire as the potter molds them into His glory? Look at Moses prophecy on how God reveals the hidden key to the fullness of their riches, by simply rejoice in the workings of God’s commands fore which He has given unto the body of His people. Zebulun rejoiced in the spirit for the calling in the ministry that God placed them in. Understanding their particular place and being full of joy in doing it. Not worrying about if it was seen by others or even looking for praise but just simply rejoicing in their part they had to do. Using what God placed upon them, speaking, tender heart, high emotional state for God’s glory and not their own, simply remembering that it all belongs to God and rejoice in giving it back for His Glory! What a blessing to be able to mature to the level in the Body of Christ were all you wanted to do is to serve God with all of what He has given you. Looking for nothing in return just doing it for the pure joy of serving the Lord, what a great testimony that would be, understanding that it is God’s gift not yours and it should be used for His glory not yours. God has blessed each of use with particular gifts as well with the ability to comprehend those gifts but it is us that taint the gift by using the gift outside of God’s glory. Zebulun was named by his mother. If you had been reading along with the study, you would have notice that all the other sons were named by their mothers. The only one named by their father was Benjamin. And this was because Jacob changed it after his wife Rachel died. (But we will get into that when the time comes.) With his birth, Leah breaks forth in tremendous maturity in her spiritual growth. Her striving, her struggling has been transcended. She has moved into maturity of knowing that God has done it. She said, "God has endued me with a good dowry". When women have abortion that is just by choice without any medical complication, they are throwing away God's special gift unto them," their dowry". A record of their existence and level of maturity in God's eye site. Understand that the word dowry comes from the Hebrew word "zebed" and she called his name Zebulun. Please notice the similarity of the two words, Leah is saying "God has endued me with a good zebed". She thanked God for her six sons. Journey through the story with me, Leah was still struggling with the fact that the attention she craved from her husband was still lacking. Have you ever put something in front of God to the point you don’t even see God in the picture any more. You have no attention of doing it but it just slips up upon you. Then you have constantly been praying for God to give this to you that you miss it when He tells you that you already have it if you just seek me. This was the amazing revelation that came upon Leah in the maturing of her spiritual connection with God. Understanding that she need not seek to satisfy the flesh, but glorify God and all the desirers of your heart would be given unto you. How many times have you and I replaced God with another person or thing even. Or even better yet replace God’s word with what the preacher says not even studying just depending on another to give you what you need. How is it that the word of God is there but some prefer to let another tell them about it? We have to remember that the word of God say”seek ye first the kingdom of God”. Not the preacher, the bishop they reveal the truth unto you but you have to confirm it within your spirit. Remember if we keep looking up God has to look out for us, because we are watching Him. Their symbol is "a ship" that comes from the prophesy that Jacob, and Moses, gave them. I will give a little more insight on this later, as I explain the prophesy to enhance the true revelation of the entire revealing. Because a ship referred to as" feminine", so I will speak of Zebulun in the feminine gender. The prophesy of Jacob refers to Zebulun stands on the sea shore and looks out into the distant horizon, The Bible says: Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he shall be for an haven of ships; and his border shall be unto Zidon. (Genesis 49:13). She sees far ahead and this why she fits in so well with Issachar. Who also has understanding into the future? Zebulun has a vision; this gives her concerns for distant places and people. People that they might never meet they still have the thought of and their well being. Something calls her to them as a mother yearns for a sick child. Notice in Moses prophesies that he connects Zebulun and Issachar together. One going out and the other staying, The Bible says: And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents. (Deuteronomy 33;18) Zebulun is the going out and rejoices every time she gets to go out. The command to rejoice is from the Lord and she fulfills what He commands. God does create His joy in the hearts of the Zebulunites as she obeys the Lord's command. To gather the fullness of the spirit here we must understand that our positioning is were God wants us and not be jealous of another position. To have joy if you are just sweeping as well as have joy for the next person in their position of teaching, this is the ultimate revelation for Zebulun and for us as well. Check out Zebulun in battle, which a Zubulunite makes a good fisherman but a bad soldier. But when the time comes to defend her people, then she is ready to muster her army and when that happens watch out! (Check out Zebulun in Judges 4 and 5). Also check out Zebulun as they that handle the pen of the writer in Judges 5:14. God gave special gifts and Zebulun was anointed with the pen. Check them out in the time of Gideon, The Bible says: And so it was, when Israel had sown, that the Midianites came up, and the Amalekites, and the children of the east, even they came up against them; For they came up with their cattle and their tents, and they came as grasshoppers for multitude; for both they and their camels were without number: and they entered into the land to destroy it. (Judges 6:3, 5) In the time of David, The Bible says: And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment. Of Zebulun, such as went forth to battle, expert in war, with all instruments of war, fifty thousand, which could keep rank: they were not of double heart. (1 Chronicles 12:32- 33). You see there they talk about double - hearted, which means" that they were not double-minded". Study to see if you can figure out what exactly what they are talking about, to fully grasps this revelation we must understand the story. When the soldiers of the tribes came down to join with David in Hebron, it was written of Zebulun, “Of Zebulun, such as went forth to battle, expert in war with all instruments of war, fifty thousand which could keep rank, they were not of double heart(1Chronicles 12:33) People who are double-minded are unreliable. The Bible says: A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. (James 1:8). Zebulunites will shun someone whom they have founded to be double minded. They fear that person like the plague. You only need to deceive a person of Zebulun one time. You will never win their confidence again, unless you have proven your loyalty after a long time. A Zebulunite demands of her friends the same loyalty as she gives them. They need a motivating factor in order to move them into the correct position. Double-Hearted is simply understanding the right and wrong but accepting the wrong as long as it does not cross your path. The tremendous number of 50,000 soldiers in the time of David who were expert in war proves that Zebulunites was ready for the battle when the need arose. There were more from this tribe than any other in Israel who joined themselves to David and this was because they were tired of the corruption in Saul’s reign. They knew that David was genuine and that he was anointed of God and they wanted the real thing the “righteous sacrifice”. How many times we over look something until it crosses our path or hits our home. In this day and age we say the younger generation is lost but we refuse to take responsibility of losing them. God reveals to them in their maturity that each of us belongs to each other we are responsible and we need to step up and take our place on the battle field and not lock our self away thinking it okay as long as it is over there. Check them out as judges in Judges 12: 11, 12. Zebulun family tree, The Bible says: And the sons of Zebulun; Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel. (Genesis 46:14), Sered means: to get away, escape, flight, save, pasture-land, also he was the father of the Saradites. Elon, means: the prominent, elated, exalt, noble one, oak, strong one, also was the father of the Elonites. Jahleel, means: wait upon God also was the father of Jahleelites. Each child showed the maturity level of the tribe as it grew in Christ Jesus. Check out their weakness as well in Judge 1:30, also on Mount Ebal (Deuteronomy 27:13). Their time of revival as well in II Chronicles 30:10. See God's special light in Isaiah that was placed on Zebulun. The Bible says: Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy before thee according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian. For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire. (Isaiah 9: 1-5) You see Jesus came preaching the Gospel of light all threw the district of Zebulun. And the scripture was fulfilled here at the Sea of Galilee, just as the Prophet Isaiah had promised. See the position of Zebulun in the wilderness, promise land, millennium, and gates of the Holy City. Read Zebulun testimony and feel the trait in her come alive as always wanting to comfort.

Can you see how the Apostle Mathew wrote about the Kingship of Christ as King of Kings, Lord of Lords, forever and ever? Can you feel the trait that it would take to fulfill such a task of a King? To have compassion over all he rules. Did you see how the writer Mathew portrayed Jesus the King? Because of the ultimate character or mind set perfecting the traits of Wisdom, Humble, and Compassion. Can you feel the very presence of such a person in your life, which was and is able to do for you what you were not able to do for your self? Through sacrificing of Himself. That verse "what greater love to lay your life down for a friend" should take on a whole knew meaning for you and I. Can you also see how our Lord and Savior puts all these traits into perfect walking living movement? For example, The Bible says: At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire. Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost. ( Mathew 18: 1-11) See if you can pick out the symbolic traits as well as the understanding of the character of Christ, Jesus. See if you can grab a better understanding of this particular passage as well as get a new revelation about Christ example to His disciples. To better see ourselves and get a better feel for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. What a wonderful enlightenment in our lives, go back and review constantly and never forget; that Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords! In order for you to truly have victory in your life you must have these three traits of the Characteristic working together in harmony. Understand we will always struggle in all areas but the revelation is the knowing that we can be aware of the enemy devices as the blocks are set in our way. Compassion, Wisdom, Humble is the ingredients for a Kings character. In looking into the three tribes we saw us in each one of them and we can use it to edify or simply turn away. For me and my house we will serve the Lord! Praise God.
